The reason why I am asking these questions is because each of these is an investment of some sort. Advanced courses in this field will include facilitation skills, change management, strategic commercial awareness and leading innovation, among many others.  Continuing education is needed if you are seeking a higher paying job.  Each level will give you more skills so you can be a respected and successful manager.
